WristPause works on your watch without an account. The current release stores your rest settings, session state, and workout history on the device. It uses these to run the timer, restore your session, and show history. The app does not send this information to us and does not include analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking.
If you enable notifications, the watch system handles rest reminders. You can clear completed workout history in the app and remove remaining app data by uninstalling the app, subject to your device's backup settings.
If you email support@fatclaw.com, we receive the message and address you choose to provide and use them to respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive health information. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence at the same address.
